Pranic Healing: a “no-touch” (vs Reiki which is most commonly known as a “hands-on” energy healing) healing system that utilizes “life force,” “energy,” or prana to accelerate the body’s inborn ability to heal itself. It is practiced by hundreds of thousands across the world. Pranic Healing helps an individual work through traumas, fears and phobias through cut cords with any negative energies that are attached to your chakras, aura or energetic field.

Theta Healing: Another Energy Healing modality is Theta Healing, a technique that blends meditation and spiritual philosophy, with the purpose of getting closer to Creator. ThetaHealing is a training method for your body, mind, and spirit to let go of limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, helping you to learn how to ease mental, physical and emotional shifts.

Sound Healing: Sound Healing has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Whether through the use of mantras as with the Hindin, the Icaros (medicine melodies) of various indigenous people from Central and South America, or Pythagoras’ use of interval and frequency. These various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance. Sound healing can be anything from the voice to various instruments including clapping your hands. Not only do the frequencies of the sound interact with our energy and the water within our bodies, but they can be a vessel to amplify the energy healer’s energy as they send it to you!

What happens in a reiki/energy alignment class?

Most energy sessions take place while lying down in a dim-lit room with some meditation music. Usually the facilitator will open the session with a little meditation or a prayer and will follow by focusing on different parts of the body throughout the entire session.

Some facilitators practice no-touch modalities while others will ask permission to touch your body at different points in the session.

For group sessions, facilitators will dedicate a few minutes to perform some one-on-one energy work.

How often should you attend a reiki/energy alignment class?

It is good to keep a consistent schedule when it comes to spiritual hygiene so we recommend to keep attendance consistent!

You can attend a group session weekly, while scheduling a private session every month or as frequently as your practitioners suggest!

Always check in with yourself and how you are feeling and if you are in need of an energetic cleanse, balancing or some stress relief, attend a group or private session to help regulate you back!

Metaphysics is the most abstract branch of philosophy that deals with the first principles of existence. In Greek, the word metaphysics means “after the things of nature”.

Metaphysics examines the very nature of reality. It offers explanations for phenomena that cannot be explained by “natural” science or that are “beyond the physical”.

This science studies the individual as a whole, as a physical and spiritual being.

Certain types of chakra healing and other holistic, spiritual healing practices, personal development, and even business coaching are based on metaphysics. They typically include working on physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of one’s being to resolve issues that person is facing.

The fundamental law of metaphysics is that every action or decision causes a reaction or an effect. Everything that happens to us (positive or negative) results from past actions or decisions in this lifetime or before the present life.

Similarly, everything we do now will have an effect on our life in the future. This law is better known as karma (action).

It is also believed that we must resolve our life’s issues in this lifetime.
