Guiding through Gentleness
We live in a world that is fast and untamed.
A world of impatience and aggression.
When can we find the time to be gentle and at ease with ourselves?
When we realize that our body and breath have its own rhythm and flow, we become more aware of how we move, think and breathe. We can then become more guided into this new flow of being again.
Through this guided meditation, we will allow our body to move with our breath and to let go of unnecessary energies that society brings forth to us. We allow ourselves to go at our own pace. To move gently through these hard times as One.
In this meditation we will:
· look into the flow of gentleness within the body
· allowing the body to communicate to us its needs and wants
· creating a sacred space for ourselves to go to
· allowing ourselves to be conscious when we get into a state of anxiety or fear
